2024 Officers:

As President of the PPAC, Charlene Larsen directs operations with knowledge of the facility, it’s events and the user groups. She is a community leader.

Cheryl Capellen, Vice President, has served as President of the North Coast Chorale and other leadership positions. Cheryl is a retired teacher.

Carol Smith, Secretary, is a photographer, a member of the Tempo Gallery in Astoria, and is active in leadership with several local organizations.

Ellen Norris, Treasurer, is volunteer and board member for several other non-profits.

Bereniece Jones-Centeno,  Executive Director, led the development of a PAC Volunteer Handbook, and mobilizes volunteers for events. She is co-founder and Artistic Director of Cascadia Chamber Opera, and has held management positions in arts organizations.
